			Northwich Swapmeet 7th March 2010 10am-1pm

  The 25th Northwich Swapmeet will be held at the same splendid venue again.

For those not acquainted, there will be over 70 tables in one hall.

There is free parking right outside, full disabled access  (all one level)

and the cafe is inside and can supply tea,bacon butties, etc.,

whilst you are admiring your latest bargains.

The Northwich Swapmeet started 25 years ago because David

Lloyd-Jones (the organiser until 2007)

felt that the northwest of England could support an event

which was specifically aimed at the model flying fraternity and which

would satisfy the requirements of aeromodellers

from the Midlands to Scotland.

  It has also become a Mecca for engine collectors as you can expect to

see in excess of a thousand model engines for sale - both 'collectable'

examples, as well as modern, usable types in what has become known

as the 'Engine Alley'.

  The entry fee is just £2.00 and the cost of a table is £12.00 for the first

table complete with two free passes and £6.00 for each additional table.
